Our welcoming, serene space is available for rent and is perfect for a wide range of gatherings, from meditation groups to craft workshops and wellness classes. Frequency Healing. Immerse yourself in the frequencies of various instruments to promote physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being. Amanda Keshner offers sound baths with Reiki.

What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, reusable water bottle. Please be comfortable and dress accordingly.
